Nebraska baseball (32-27, 15-15 Big Ten) has landed its NCAA regional destination. The Huskers will head down to No. 5 overall seed North Carolina’s regional as the No. 3 seed.
Nebraska will open taking on No. 2 seed Oklahoma (35-20, 14-16 SEC). On the other side of the bracket, No. 1 seed North Carolina (42-12, 18-11 ACC) takes on No. 4 seed Holy Cross (31-25, 17-8 Patriot League).
The double-elimination format guarantees the Huskers at least two contests, but Nebraska picking up a win against Oklahoma would make the path more favorable.
The Huskers will take on the Sooners at 4 p.m. CT Friday, May 30, on ESPN+.
